We accept blue shield (PPO & HMO), Clever Care, United Healthcare, Kaiser, Blue Shield, & SCAN.
If we are considered out-of-network with your insurance policy or you haven’t met your deductibles, we will provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
If you are interested in using your insurance for Acupuncture service, please double-check with your insurance company what is required and what is covered:
Certain insurance requires a primary doctor’s referral, especially Kaiser.
Most will have Co-Pay.
Most insurance companies will cover most pain conditions; as for sickness/diseases, they are limited.

Other than Acupuncture treatments, insurance companies will not pay.
